辽宁省病死猪无害化处理存在的问题分析

Analysis of Problems in Harmless Treatment of Dead Pigs in Liaoning Province

辽宁省建成了以集中处理为主、分散处理为补充的病死猪无害化处理体系,建立了“无害化处理+保险”的联动机制,取得了良好成效。文章通过分析指出辽宁省病死猪无害化处理仍然存在处理设施设备覆盖面不全、病死猪病原检测力度不够、收集暂存和转运存在风险、处置与保险联动有待加强、补贴政策变动影响积极性等几个方面的问题,并提出了相关建议。

Liaoning province has established a harmless treatment system for sick and dead pigs,which is mainly concentrated treatment and supplemented by decentralized treatment.The linkage mechanism of“Harmless treatment+insurance”has been established,and good results have been achieved.This paper points out that there are still some problems in the harmless treatment of sick and dead pigs in Lia-oning province,such as incomplete coverage of treatment facilities and equipment,insufficient detection of pathogens,risks in collection,temporary storage and transportation,need to strengthen the linkage between treatment and insurance,and the influence of subsidy policy changes on enthusiasm,and put forward relevant suggestions.
