辽宁地区猪场呼吸道病原菌的分离鉴定与耐药分析

摘要 为了了解辽宁地区规模化养殖场(户)中猪呼吸道病原菌的流行分布情况及耐药性情况。对2022一2023年采集规模化养殖场(户)中不同阶段的猪患呼吸道症状的咽拭子、鼻拭子、肺脏、肝脏及肾脏等病料组织349份,采用常规细菌分离鉴定方法对采集的349份猪患呼吸道症状的咽拭子、鼻拭子、肺脏、肝脏及肾脏等病料组织进行鉴定,采用K-B药敏纸片法分别测定分离呼吸道细菌性病原菌对临床中常用的药物耐药情况。结果显示:从349份病料样品中多杀性巴氏杆菌、副猪嗜血杆菌、猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌支气管败血波氏杆菌菌株的检出率分别为7.8%(26株)、12.2%(40株)、11.5%(39株)、21株(6.0%);分离的4种呼吸道病原菌均对头孢噻呋、头孢噻、氟苯尼考等7种药物敏感,对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、新霉素等7种药物耐药。本研究为该地区规模化养殖场及散养户中不同阶段的猪呼吸道病防控及合理指导临床用药提供参考。 In order to understand the epidemic distribution and drug resistance of porcine respiratory pathogens in large-scale livestock farms and free range households in Liaoning region.349 throat swabs,nose swabs,lungs,liver,and kidneys of pigs with respiratory symptoms at different stages collected from large-scale farms and free range households from 2022 to 2023 were identified using conventional bacterial isolation and identification methods,The K-B drug sensitive disk method was used to deter-mine the resistance of isolated respiratory tract bacterial pathogensto commonly used drugs in clinical practice.The results showed that the isolation rates of Pasteurella multocida,Haemophilus parasuis,Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae,and Bordetella bronchiseptica strains isolated from 349 samples were 7.8%(26 strains),12.2%(40 strains),11.5%(39 strains),and 21 strains(6.0%);The four isolated respiratory pathogens are all sensitive to 7 drugs,including cefotaxime,cefotaxime,and flufenicol,and resistant to 7 drugs,including amoxicillin,ampicillin,and neomycin.This study provides reference for the prevention and control of respiratory diseases in pigs at different stages of large-scale farms and free range households in the region,as well as reasonable guidance for clinical medication.
