摘要
圆形混凝土隧洞施工时,仰拱表面气泡集中,属混凝土施工质量重大难题。文章针对双江口水电站两条尾水隧洞施工案例,通过现场大量试验和室内试验,对影响仰拱混凝土表面气泡的产生的质量问题、多种影响因素等进行了分析,根据施工效果,针对性的同时调整了两个及以上主要影响因素,达到了良好的施工质量效果。
During the construction of circular concrete tunnels,the concentration of bubbles on the inverted arch surface poses a significant challenge to the quality of concrete construction.This paper focuses on the construction of two tailrace tunnels in Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station,and analyzes the quality issues and various influencing factors that affect the production of bubbles on the inverted arch concrete surface through a large number of on-site and laboratory experiments.Based on the construction results,multiple main influencing factors are simultaneously adjusted in a targeted manner,achieving a good construction quality effect.
