摘要
复州河是大连市境内流域面积第二大的河流,也是大连市的重要水源。文章以大连市复州河流域为背景,针对流域内排污口设置中存在的主要问题,在充分调查流域的径流特性、经济活动规律、人口分布特点等主要因素的基础上,建立了基于QUAL2K的水质模拟模型,并以此为主要工具,计算了重点河段及复活洲河干流的纳污能力,模拟分析流域内现有的入河排污口布局方案存在的环境风险,提出流域入河排污口的优化布置方案,为提升复州河流域的水质安全提供科学依据。
Fuzhou River is the second largest river in terms of watershed area and an important source of water in Dalian City.Based on the background of Fuzhou River Basin in Dalian City,aiming at the main problems existing in sewage outlet setting in the basin,this paper establishes a QUAL2K-based water quality simulation model on the basis of fully investigating the runoff characteristics,economic activity rules,population distribution characteristics and other major factors of the basin,and uses it as the main tool to calculate the pollution carrying capacity of the key river reach and the mainstream of Fuzhou River.The environmental risks of the existing layout scheme of the sewage outlet in the river basin are simulated and analyzed,and the optimal layout scheme of the sewage outlet in the river basin is proposed,which provides a scientific basis for improving the water quality safety of Fuzhou River Basin.
