蛇口腔炎是由化脓性细菌引起的一种口腔化脓性疾病,该病主要是由于口腔内的外伤破溃,或者在扑咬过程中牙齿遭到损伤、细菌滋生而引起,该病很容易在蛇场传播,蛇场口腔炎发病率高达50%以上,死亡率在30%左右。蛇肠炎具传染快、死亡率高特点,是幼蛇常见的急性肠道传染病,是幼蛇生长过程中较大的病害。该文就一例玉米蛇的口腔炎并发肠炎的诊断与治疗进行阐述,通过对患病蛇的基本情况及血液、粪便做相应检查,判断疾病属性,采用口腔冲洗、局部用药及使用抗生素等方法进行针对性治疗,有良好的治疗效果,这对临床工作中的蛇类口腔炎并发肠炎的诊断与治疗有一定的借鉴意义。
