生猪屠宰检疫与常见病症处理措施

摘要 生猪在屠宰过程中,应该严格按照《生猪屠宰检疫规程》的规定和要求,认真履行法定检疫程序,严格对法定检疫对象全面检查,通过视检、触检、嗅检、剖检、必要的实验室检测等方法,保证上市肉品合格。在开展屠宰检疫活动时,要做入场检查工作,明确生猪养殖档案齐全,标识符合规定,《动物检疫证明》合法有效,方可入场。在屠宰中开展同步检疫,对同一头猪的头、蹄、内脏、胴体对照检查,同时还应重视做好生猪常见病症检查、处理工作,保证生猪入场、屠宰过程全部程序合法。 In the process of slaughtering live pigs,we should strictly comply with the regulations and requirements of“Quarantine rules for slaughtering live pigs”,conscientiously carry out the legal quarantine procedures,strictly inspect the legal quarantine objects in an all-round way,through inspection,touch,smell,dissection,the necessary laboratory testing methods to ensure that the listed meat qualified.When carrying out slaughtering and quarantine activities,we should make it clear that the pig breeding files are complete,the mark conforms to the regulations,and the“Animal quarantine certificate”is legal and valid before entering.The head,Hoof,Viscera and carcass of the same pig were examined by synchronous quarantine during slaughtering.At the same time,we should also pay attention to the inspection and treatment of common diseases of live pigs,and ensure that all procedures of pig entry and slaughtering are legal.
