生猪在屠宰过程中,应该严格按照《生猪屠宰检疫规程》的规定和要求,认真履行法定检疫程序,严格对法定检疫对象全面检查,通过视检、触检、嗅检、剖检、必要的实验室检测等方法,保证上市肉品合格。在开展屠宰检疫活动时,要做入场检查工作,明确生猪养殖档案齐全,标识符合规定,《动物检疫证明》合法有效,方可入场。在屠宰中开展同步检疫,对同一头猪的头、蹄、内脏、胴体对照检查,同时还应重视做好生猪常见病症检查、处理工作,保证生猪入场、屠宰过程全部程序合法。
