摘要
新能源汽车车身轻量化结构参数较多且复杂,导致参数优化效果下降,因此本文研究新能源汽车车身轻量化结构参数自适应优化建模方法.根据新能源汽车轻量化模态性能指标与车身材料弹性参数,以有限单元法对车身结构进行离散处理,通过插补函数建立离散点矩阵,在多项式插值下推导优化边界,构建车身轻量化结构参数优化模型.实验测试结果表明,本文模型能够模拟车身轻量化结构,实现新能源汽车车身轻量化结构参数优化,扭转了弯曲载荷和扭转载荷,参数优化效果好.
Because there are many and complex parameters in the lightweight structure of new energy vehicle body,the effect of parameter optimization is reduced,so the adaptive optimization modeling method for the lightweight structure parameters of new energy vehicle body is studied.According to the lightweight modal performance index of new energy vehicles and the elastic parameters of body materials,the body structure is discretized by finite element method,the discrete point matrix is established by interpolation function,the optimization boundary is derived under polynomial interpolation,and the optimization model of the lightweight structure parameters of the body is constructed to realize the adaptive optimization of the lightweight structure parameters of new energy vehicles.The experimental results show that the model can simulate the lightweight structure of car body,and the adaptive optimization of structural parameters is completed based on displacement constraints.The bending load and torsional load are reversed,and the parameter optimization effect is good.
