新能源电动汽车智能充换电系统设计

摘要 为提高新能源电动汽车的充换电效率,设计了一种智能充换电系统.系统包括网络层、终端层和控制层3个层次.在利用车位管理单元读取电池信息和车位占用状态后,在充换电单元中,根据SOC值选择不同充电模式的充电桩补充电能,并通过计量费用实现充电终止操作.以单片机为核心连接检测电路,实时获取充电时的电池状态数据.当出现过流、过压、过热等情况时,通过基于模糊PID的控制模型及时干预或者断电.测试结果表明:应用该系统后,25min内电流、电压以及温度均在安全范围内,说明该系统的应用效果较好. To improve the charging and swapping efficiency of new energy electric vehicles,an intelligent charging and swapping system has been designed.The system consists of three layers:network layer,terminal layer,and control layer.After using the parking space management unit to read battery information and parking space occupancy status,in the charging and swapping unit,different charging modes of the charging station are selected based on the SOC value to supplement energy,and the charging termination operation is achieved through cost measurement.Connect the detection circuit with a microcontroller as the core to obtain real-time battery status data during charging.When overcurrent,overvoltage,overheating and other situations occur,timely intervention or power outage can be achieved through a fuzzy PID based control model.The test results show that after applying the system,the current,voltage,and temperature are all within the safe range within 25 minutes,indicating that the application effect of the system is good.
