职业院校学生毕业实习的调查研究——基于西部某省6所高职院校的调查

Investigation and Research on Graduation Practice of Vocational CollegeStudents:Based on the Survey of Six Vocational Colleges in a Western Province

为进一步掌握职业院校学生毕业实习的现状,通过自编《高职院校(专科)学生毕业实习调查问卷》,对西部某省6所高职院校毕业实习生进行了问卷调查。调查结果发现:学生毕业实习总体满意度不高;在毕业实习的不同层面上,学生的得分存在显著差异;“实习指导老师”对“学生心得与收获”的影响较大;建议切实提高毕业实习的风险意识,规范实习操作程序;提高院校和实习单位的组织与管理能力,笃实主体责任;进一步缩小不同学生群体毕业实习间的差异;重视实习指导教师的作用。

To further grasp the current situation of vocational college students graduation practice,through the self-designed questionnaire on graduation internship of vocational colleges(junior colleges),this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the graduates of 6 vocational colleges in a western province.The results show that the overall satisfaction of graduation practice is not high and at different levels of graduation practice,students scores are significantly different;“Internship instructors”have a big impact on“students experience and gains”.It is suggested that the graduates risk awareness of the graduation practice should be improved and the practice procedures should be standardized,improve the organization and management ability of colleges and universities and internship units,and earnestly implement the main responsibility,further reduce the differences between different student groups in graduation practice and attach importance to the role of practice instructors.
