高职高专学校立德树人新举措——创设思想政治班主任

思想政治理论课教师是大学生健康成长成才的指导者和引路人,是高校完成立德树人根本任务的骨干力量。一年级大学生正处于世界观、人生观、价值观形成的关键时期,教育好、培养好他们是国家战略,更是高校的根本任务。丽江师范高等专科学校为了充分发挥思想政治理论课教师的育人作用,利用对学生成长成才影响最重要、最核心的班主任这一基层组织,在学校文化基础、学习习惯相对欠缺的新生班级,创设思想政治班主任这一岗位,由思想政治理论课教师坚守这一岗位。学校通过这一举措,加大、加深、加实思想政治教育力度,打通思想政治教育最后一公里,促进思想政治理论课教师扛实责任,推动学校思想政治教育的内涵式发展。这是根据学生成长成才的规律,把学校有限的思想政治教师资源,用在教育最需要、最关键的一年级学生这一重要阶段和重点班级,让教师明确职责及其考核制度,用制度提高育人质效的举措;这是用岗位压实教师责任,促进教师把教学与实际相结合,在教育教学上出实招,扎实推进学校立德树人工作的举措。

The teacher of ideological and political theory course is the guide to the healthy growth of college students,and the backbone force to complete the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people.Freshmen are in a crucial period of the formation of world outlook,outlook on life and values.It is the national strategy to educate and cultivate them well,and it is the fundamental task of colleges and universities.In order to give full play to the role of ideological and political theory teachers in education,Lijiang Teachers College takes advantage of the class teacher,the grass-roots organization,which is the most important and has a core influence on the growth of students,to create the position of ideological and political class teacher for the freshmen who lack the cultural foundation and learning habits,and the ideological and political theory teachers stick to this position.Through this measure,the school will strengthen and deepen the ideological and political education,open up the last kilometer of ideological and political education,promote the ideological and political theory course teachers to shoulder the real responsibility,and promote the connotative development of ideological and political education.According to the law of the growth of students,the limited ideological and political teacher resources are appointed in the education of the most need,and the most important stage and key classes,make the teachers understand the responsibilities and assessment system,and use the system to improve the quality of education.This is a measure to consolidate teachers responsibilities with posts,to encourage teachers to combine teaching with practice,to take practical measures in education and teaching,and to steadily promote and build morality and cultivate people.
