摘要
从二次电源的CE102试验测试要求和故障现象出发,通过产品分析将CE102试验现象转化为差模、共模噪声谱的异常。据此对输入、输出外壳绝缘设计缺陷、输入滤波电感量设计合理性、输入滤波电容设计合理性、增加馈通滤波器6个方面进行分析。增加馈通滤波器的设计实现了对腔体之间进行屏蔽,增强高频滤波效果,并通过了试验验证。该方法可用于同类产品提高对外传导方面的电磁兼容性能。
According to the CE102 test requirements and fault phenomena of the secondary power supply,the CE102 test phenomenona are transformed into the abnormality of the differential mode and common mode noise spectrum through the product analysis.Based on this,six aspects are analyzed,including the insulation design defects of the input and output shells,the rationality of the input filter inductance design,the rationality of the input filter capacitor design and the addition of the feed-through filters.Finally,the design of adding the feed-though filters is determined to shield the cavities and enhance the high-frequency filtering effects,which is also verified by the experiments.The method can be used for similar products to improve the electromagnetic compatibility performance of the external conduction.
