基于PBL和POA的医学ERPP教学应用研究——以影像医学与核医学专业研究生培养为例

Application of Medical English for Research Publication Purposes Based on PBL and POA:Taking the Cultivation of Graduate Students of Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine as an Example

探讨基于问题的学习(PBL)和产出导向法(POA)的医学科研发表英语(ERPP)教学在影像医学与核医学专业研究生中的应用效果。通过选取2018—2021年苏州大学附属第三医院影像医学与核医学专业一年级硕士生17名、博士生19名,实施基于PBL和POA的ERPP教学,并评价教学效果。ERPP教学后硕士生和博士生的英语成绩均显著提升(p<0.001),硕士生最终成绩为80.76±2.82,博士生最终成绩为86.42±1.98,两者之间存在统计学差异(t=-7.03,p<0.001)。初步验证了基于PBL和POA的ERPP教学在影像医学与核医学专业研究生中的有效性。

To explore the application effect of medical English for research publication purposes(ERPP)teaching based on problem-based learning(PBL)and production-oriented approach(POA)in graduate students in medical imaging and nuclear medicine,from 2018 to 2021,17 first-year master students and 19 first-year doctoral students in medical imaging and nuclear medicine of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were selected to experience the medical EPPP teaching based on PBL and POA and the teaching effect was evaluated.After the ERPP teaching,the academic English test scores of master students and doctoral students were significantly improved(both p<0.001).The final grade of master students was 80.76±2.82,and the final grade of doctoral students was 86.42±1.98,and there was a statistical difference between them(t=-7.03,p<0.001).This study preliminarily verified the effectiveness of ERPP teaching based on PBL and POA in graduate students in medical imaging and nuclear medicine.
