应用型高校动画专业校企合作人才培养模式研究

Research on University-enterprise Cooperation Talent Training Mode of Animation Major in Applied Universities

国内动画专业人才培养质量正逐年提升,但仍有较多企业表示动画专业毕业生的创新能力、实践经验等方面存在一定不足。特别是与国际动画领域相比,国内动画专业人才培养模式仍存在较多问题,影响我国动画产业的长远发展,而且无法有效应对当前国际动画领域的激烈竞争,不利于我国动画文化的国际化推广。为更好地满足企业用人需求,国内高校普遍推行校企合作的人才培养模式,并取得了一定效果。国内应用型高校动画专业的人才培养需要进一步加强校企合作,为企业培养更多的优质动画专业人才,也要培养学生具备国际视野,有效提高我国动画产业的国际影响力。对此,分析并研究了国际视域下应用型高校动画专业校企合作人才培养模式。

Although the talent training quality of animation major in China is improving year by year,many enterprises believe that many students majoring in animation have some deficiencies in their innovation ability and practical experience after employment.Especially compared with the international field of animation,there are many problems in the training mode of animation professionals in China,which affects the long-term development of China’s animation industry.Moreover,it can’t effectively cope with the fierce competition in the current international animation field,which has a negative impact on the internationalization promotion of Chinese animation culture.In order to better meet the needs of enterprises,universities in our country generally implement the talent-training mode of school-enterprise cooperation,and has achieved certain results.In China,the training of animation professionals in application-oriented universities should further strengthen universityenterprise cooperation and cultivate more high-quality animation professionals for enterprises.And we should have an international vision and further improve the international influence of our animation culture.Therefore,the mode of university-enterprise cooperation talent training for animation major in application-oriented universities has been studied and analyzed from an international perspective.
