RCEP背景下高职院校水电专业人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of Hydropower Professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of RCEP

随着《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)正式生效,不仅为水电能源合作提供了政策支持,也为水电职业教育跨境合作与发展提供了新机遇。传统水电技术人员已无法满足RCEP的发展需求,水电类职业院校要以改变传统教学方法、构建国际化课程体系及拓展学生国际视野为出发点,培养既具有过硬的专业知识,又具有处理国际业务和跨文化交际能力的综合素质人才,为中国企业“走出去”,以及RCEP中东盟国家水电发展提供技术援助和人才支持,推动RCEP战略下水电领域的合作与发展。

With the formally entry into force of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP),it not only provides policy support for hydropower and energy cooperation,but also provides new opportunities for international cooperation and development of hydropower vocational education.Traditional hydropower technicians can no longer meet the needs of RCEP development.Hydropower vocational colleges should start to change traditional teaching methods,build an international curriculum system and expand students’international vision in order to cultivate talents with excellent professional knowledge,the ability to deal with international business and cross-cultural communication.The colleges provide technical assistance and talent support for Chinese enterprises going global,and hydropower development of ASEAN countries in RCEP in order to promote cooperation and development in hydropower field under the background of RCEP.
