城市地下空间工程本科专业人才培养需求与改革思考

Demand-Based Thinking of Urban Underground Space Engineering Undergraduate Training Reform

为响应国家开发、建设城市地下空间的号召,多所高校开设了城市地下空间工程专业。作为新兴专业,城市地下空间工程专业的培养模式尚无成熟经验可循,需要持续改进。以哈尔滨工业大学城市地下空间工程专业为例,深入研究该专业本科生教学改革与培养模式,从国家发展、用人单位招聘和高校培养人才角度出发,综合考虑各方对于该专业人才培养的需求,并对本科生专业人才培养目标、培养体系和教学模式改革思路进行探讨。

According to the national demand for developing urban underground space,many colleges and universities set up the bachelor’s degree of urban underground space engineering.As a new specialty,continuous improvement is necessary but there is no mature experience to follow.The undergraduate training program of urban underground space engineering in a university was studied in this paper.The national development needs,recruitment needs,and cultivation needs in colleges and universities were all considered,based on which,thinking of urban underground space engineering undergraduate training reform was discussed.
