摘要
为适应复杂的商业环境,新商科建设的着力点应放在培养商科大学生的创新思维上。商科大学生创新思维培养在于有效训练其批判性思维、聚合性思维和发散性思维等技能,而理论发展的四个路径在这些思维技能训练中具有显著的引领作用。在梳理理论发展的四个路径与商科大学生创新思维培养关系的基础上,分别以“深化、繁衍、竞争、整合”启迪创新思维的教学实例来阐述其在课堂教学中的应用,以期实现商科大学生会创新的培养目标。
In order to adapt the complicated business environment,new business construction should focus on cultivating the innovation thinking of business college students.The four paths of theoretical development play a significant leading role in the effective training of critical thinking,convergent thinking,divergent thinking and other thinking skills of business college students.The core task of cultivating business college students’innovation ability is to shape their innovative thinking.On the basis of combing the relationship between the four paths of theoretical development and the cultivation of innovative thinking of business college students,this paper expounds the application of innovative thinking in classroom teaching with the teaching examples of“elaboration,proliferation,competition,integration”,in order to realize the training goal of“innovation ability”of business college students.
