摘要
当前我国中小学心理健康教育工作受到高度重视,培养具有胜任力的心理健康教师队伍是心理健康教育工作的重中之重,这依赖于高校心理学专业人才培养的质量。基于心理健康教师胜任力模型对高校心理学教学体系现状进行分析,对课程教学目标、教学内容、教学方法及教学评价四方面的教学革新与实践进行思考,从宏观心理学人才培养视角出发,构建学校心理学方向的人才培养体系,以满足在社会重视青少年心理健康教育大背景下对心理健康教师胜任力的现实诉求,使人才培养具有实效性。
Mental health education in primary and secondary schools currently is highly valued in China.Cultivating competent mental health teachers is a top priority in mental health education,and it relies on the quality of cultivating psychology professionals in colleges and universities.However,the traditional teaching model for psychology curricula cannot meet the cultivation needs of primary and secondary school mental health education teachers.Based on the competency model of mental health teachers,this paper analyzes the current situation of psychology teaching system,reflects upon the innovations and practice in teaching across four factors:teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation.This paper puts forward the direction of the talent training system of school psychology oriented to cultivating the competence of primary and secondary school mental health teachers.The purpose is to meet realistic demands for the competence of mental health teachers against the background of social attention to adolescent mental health education to render talent cultivation effective.
