类型教育视域下应用型本科教学生态域构建——以艺术设计类专业实践教学为例

Construction of the State Domain of Applied Undergraduate Teaching from the Perspective of Type Education:Taking the Practical Teaching of Art and Design Major as an Example

类型教育是地方普通本科高校向应用型大学转变机遇下提出的一种新的教育划分标准。从类型教育思维的视域出发,在分析类型教育本质、特点和存在问题的基础上,认为转型后的地方本科高校教育的逻辑起点是知识应用和能力产出,提出可持续和稳定的实践教学生态环境是艺术设计类应用型人才培养的关键。以南宁学院为研究对象,提出建立理论与实践教学“双大纲”导教体系、专业名师和行业大师“双师双能”执教体系,以及大师工作室群与行业、企业“内外双基地”资源体系,实现人才培养与行业产业的全域对接、实践教学与产教融合的全方位结合,以此向产业、行业和企业辐射,最大限度地把社会资源转化为教学资源,与校内实训实验教学形成内外循环,为学生构建完整的实践教学生态域。

Type education is a new educational division standard proposed under the opportunity of the transformation from local ordinary undergraduate universities to application-oriented universities.Starting from the perspective of type education and based on the analysis of the essence,characteristics and existing problems of type education,this paper holds that the logical starting point of education in local undergraduate colleges and universities after transformation is knowledge application and ability output;it is proposed that a sustainable and stable practical teaching ecological environment is the key to the cultivation of Applied Talents in art and design.Taking Nanning University as the research object,this paper puts forward the establishment of a“double syllabus”guidance system for theoretical and practical teaching;professional famous teachers and industry masters“double teacher and double ability”teaching system;the“internal and external double base”resource system of Master Studio group,industry and enterprise to realize the all-round connection between talent training and industry,and the all-round combination of practical teaching and the integration of industry and education and to transform social resources into teaching resources to the greatest extent,form an internal and external cycle with the practical training and experimental teaching in the school,and build a complete state domain of practical teaching for students.
