药物分析不仅是控制药品质量的“眼睛”,而且贯穿药物研发的整个过程:先导化合物发现、结构优化、临床前及临床研究等流程均需要药物分析的参与。“药物分析综合一体化”实践教学构建了药物提取、分离、纯化、片剂制备和整个过程及成品的药物分析实验项目,是药物研发过程在实验室的再现。“药物分析综合一体化”课程以药物分析为研究的主线,并将药学及其相关专业课程综合为一体,使该实践教学具有连续性、创造性和科学性,有利于培养药物分析专业本科学生的整体思维,提高学生的综合能力。

Drug analysis is not only the“eye”to control drug quality,but also throughout the entire process of drug development:from lead compound discovery,structure optimization to preclinical and clinical research processes.The practice teaching of Comprehensive Integration of Drug Analysis constructs experimental projects of drug analysis from drug extraction,separation,purification,tablet preparation and the whole process and finished product,which is the reproduction of drug research and development process in the laboratory.This course takes pharmaceutical analysis as the main line of research,and integrates pharmacy and its related professional courses into one,which makes the practical teaching continuous,creative and scientific,and helps to cultivate the overall thinking of undergraduate students of pharmaceutical analysis and improve their comprehensive ability.
