OBE理念下课程思政改革的设计与实践——以“大学英语(3)”为例

摘要 通过分析课程思政改革的宏观政策背景,深入探讨了思政课程和课程思政的差异,明确了课程思政的内涵与特点,为大学英语类课程进行课程思政改革奠定了理论基础。在OBE理念指导下,以天津市高校课程思政示范课程“大学英语(3)”为例,详述了课程反向设计,采用线上+线下混合的教学模式,探索在大学英语课堂中融入思政元素,运用多元化课程评价方式助力课程质量持续提升,为全员、全过程、全方位育人的大思政格局的形成提供了借鉴。 By analyzing the macro policy background of the reform of Curriculum Ideology and Politics(CIP),this paper deeply discusses the differences between ideological and political theory courses and CIP,clarifies the connotation and features of CIP,laying a theoretical foundation for CIP reform of the college English courses.In addition,guided by OBE concept,this paper reverse-designs the College English(3),and explores the integration of CIP elements into College English courses by adopting the Blending Teaching and Learning Approach to combine online and offline learning into a whole loop.This practice also diversifies the evaluation methods to assist in quality improvement.Therefore,this paper offers a good reference for the establishment of a complete Ideological and Political Education Framework featuring in an all-process,all-people and all-dimensional education mode.
