摘要
“宏观经济学”是本科院校经管类专业的必修课程,对商科人才培养目标的达成起到了重要的支撑作用。传统宏观经济学在教学形式、教学内容、教学关系等方面存在三大“痛点”——承余创亏,纸数平行;虚强实弱,轻情重智;以教代学,师生分离。聚焦三大“痛点”,对教学内容、组织形式、教学活动、教学方法、教学评价等方面进行了深度改革与探索,并积极完善线上线下混合教学模式,将能力培养贯穿学生培养的全过程,提升学生的专业素质和实践能力。
Macroeconomics is a required course for economics and management majors in undergraduate colleges and universities,which plays an important supporting role in achieving the goal of economic talent training.There are three“pain points”in traditional Macroeconomics in terms of teaching form,teaching content and teaching relationship:“bearing the surplus and creating losses,parallel paper and number;virtual strength and real weakness,light emotion and heavy intelligence;replacing learning with teaching,and separating teachers and students”.Focusing on the three major issues,the paper has carried out in-depth reform and exploration on content,organizational form,activities,methods,evaluation and other aspects,established a“combination of commitment and innovation,paper and number integration;virtual and real interdependence,emotional and intellectual growth;teaching and learning grow together,teachers and students progress together”,and actively promoted the innovation of the“online+offline”hybrid teaching model,which will run through the whole process of student training.The students’professional quality and practical ability have been greatly improved.
