摘要
沥青混合料在公路施工中应用广泛,其中GAC-16C改性混合料具有极好的平整度、抗老化、抗滑性等优良特性。本文结合市政工程路面施工中采用GAC-16C改性混合料的实例,对原材料选择和配合比进行优化设计,研究GAC-16C改性沥青混合料路用性能,对混合料的施工质量、运输、摊铺、碾压、施工缝等进行技术分析,并对摊铺路段混合料的各项指标进行检测。结果显示,GAC-16C改性沥青混合料的最佳油石比为4.7%,且具有极好的高温稳定性、水稳定性等路用性能。本文还提出在市政施工中的关键应用技术,可供相关工程施工作参考。
Asphalt mixture is widely used in highway construction,among which GAC-16C modified mixture has excellent flatness,anti-aging,anti-skid and other excellent properties.Based on the example of using GAC-16C modified mixture in the construction of municipal engineering pavements,in this paper,the selection of raw materials and the optimal design of the mix ratio,the road performance of GAC-16C modified asphalt mixture were studied,the construction quality,transportation,paving of the mixture,rolling,construction joints were analyzed,and the various indicators of the mixture in the paving section were tested.It is found that the best oil-to-stone ratio of GAC-16C modified asphalt mixture is 4.7%,and it has excellent road performance such as high temperature stability and water stability.The key application technologies in municipal construction are also proposed,which can be used as reference for related projects.
