基于高职学生美好追求激发学习动能耦合“三全育人”的逻辑建构

Logical Construction of“Sanquan Education”Based on the Beautiful Pursuit of Higher Vocational Students to Stimulate Learning Kinetic Energy

新时代高职教育学生的学习生态发生了根本变化,其价值认同呈现多元化交互趋势。以融媒体平台为路径的信息传播使学生获得知识更为便利,同时也分散了学生的注意力,阻碍了学生健康学习行为的养成,一定程度上弱化了学生的学习动能。以“三全育人”理念为依据,分析新时代大学生学习生态变化对身心健康成长的影响因素,建立个人美好追求与社会主要矛盾内在关系的逻辑演绎,贯通专业课程与思政融合共生的育人新通道,拓展思政育人新视角,以期为高职院校提升育人效能注入内生动力。

The learning ecology of vocational education students in the new era has undergone fundamental changes,and their value identification shows a trend of diversified interaction.The dissemination of information through integrated media platforms not only facilitates students acquisition of knowledge,but also distracts their attention,hinders the development of healthy learning behaviors,and to some extent weakens their learning motivation.Based on the concept of“Sanquan Education”,this paper analyzes the factors that influence the changes in the learning ecology of college students in the new era on their physical and mental health growth,establishes a logical deduction of the internal relationship between personal pursuit of beauty and the main contradictions in society,connects the new path of education that integrates professional courses and ideological and political education,expands the new perspective of ideological and political education,and injects endogenous impetus into the improvement of educational efficiency in vocational colleges.
