装配整体式剪力墙结构建筑标准化设计技术研究

Research on Standardized Design Technology of Monolithic Precast Shear Wall Structure Building

装配式建筑设计应充分贯彻标准化设计理念,不断提高预制部品部件标准化水平,才能更大程度发挥建筑工业化优势。现以杭州某装配整体式剪力墙结构住宅项目为例,分别从建筑设计、结构设计、装修和设备管线设计、预制部件深化设计、BIM技术应用等方面系统阐述装配式建筑标准化、集成化设计技术的研究与应用,可供今后同类建设项目参考。

Prefabricated building design should fully implement the concept of standardized design and constantly improve the level of component standardization so as to the advantages of building industrialization can be exerted to a greater extent.Taking a residential project built by monolithic precast shear wall structure in Hangzhou as an example,the research and application of prefabricated building standardized design technology was systematically summarized from the aspects of architectural design,structural design,decoration and equipment pipeline design,prefabricated part detailed design and BIM technology application,providing references for the standardized design in other similar construction projects.
