Research on Path of Governance and Reform of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality in the Construction Industry:A Case Study of Carbon Accounting System Construction in Quzhou City

在碳达峰碳中和重要背景下,衢州以数字化改革为牵引,以低碳化转型为目标,开展碳账户体系建设。首创建筑碳账户评价方法学,依据碳排放数据对建筑进行赋码贴标。在此,系统梳理建筑领域碳账户体系建设思路,并且基于衢州实践,探究“双碳”目标下建筑领域低碳治理改革路径,旨在推动建筑行业低碳减碳化高质量发展。

In the background of the important goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,Quzhou has taken digital reform as the traction and low-carbon transformation as the goal to carry out the construction of a carbon accounting system.Firstly,it established a methodology for building carbon accounting evaluation,and coded and labeled buildings based on carbon emissions data.Addictionally,the carbon accounting system in the construction industry is systematically sorted out,based on the practice in Quzhou,to explore the path of low-carbon governance and reform in the construction industry under the goal of"dual carbon"aiming to promote the high-quality development of the construction industry in low-carbon and decarbonization.
