Thoughts and Suggestions on Accelerating and Improving the Financial Settlement of Government Investment Projects at Completion

政府投资项目是推动地方经济社会发展的重要载体,但是在建设项目管理过程中普遍存在“重开工轻收尾”的现象,竣工财务决算工作滞后,以致影响后续的资产移交及转固工作。今结合衢州市政府投资项目发展现状及项目竣工财务决算存在的问题,对竣工财务决算未办理的原因进行分析,并提出相关建议和对策,这对提升项目竣工财务决算工作具有积极意义。

Government investment projects are an important carrier to promote local economic and social development.However,there is a common phenomenon of"focusing on construction and neglecting completion"in the management process of construction projects,which leads to a delay in the completion of financial settlement work and affects the subsequent asset transfer and consolidation work.Based on the current situation of government investment project development in Quzhou City and the problems existing in the financial settlement of project completion,this paper analyzes the reasons for the non-completion of financial settlement,proposes relevant suggestions and countermeasures,which is of positive significance for improving the work of financial settlement of project completion.
