黄帝内针配合董氏奇穴治疗腰痛的理论探析

Theoretical analysis of the Huangdi internal needle plus Dong’s extraordinary acupuncture in the treatment of lumbago

黄帝内针是由杨真海老师传讲,由广西中医药大学教授刘力红通过大量的临床病案,把散落的知识要点整理成为一套中医针灸理论。黄帝内针把《黄帝内经》作为理论基础,阴平阳秘为核心,在以左治右,以右治左,以上取下,以下取上,同气相求,阴阳倒换,导引求神的治疗总则指导下,治疗多种疾病可收到立竿见影的效果。董景昌大师是董氏奇穴的创始者。他的董氏奇穴以《黄帝内经·灵枢》的传统针灸为基础,在“正奇相通,脏腑别通”的理论指导下,能达到针下痛止的显著的疗效。黄帝内针和董氏奇穴作为传统针灸的补充,扩宽了传统针灸的取穴范围,完善了针灸的理论体系。两种针法均注重局部和整体的关系,注重在表里经和同名经上选穴。两种针法都共同遵循了传统针灸平衡阴阳的治疗原则不违背,上和下是阴阳,左和右是阴阳,脏和腑是阴阳,里和外是阴阳,阴阳平衡病自愈。文章通过研究两种针刺方法的理论内在关系,认为两种针刺方法联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症引起的腰痛有很好的效果,建议基层推广。

The Huangdi internal needle was taught by Professor YANG Zhenhai and collated by Professor LIU Lihong of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The Huangdi internal needle takes the Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》)as the theoretical basis,with the core of Yinping Yangmi(阴平阳秘),treating disease in the upper part by managing the lower,treating disease in the lower part by managing upper,treating disease in the left part by managing the right,treating disease in the right part by managing the left.Under the guidance of the general principles of treatment,can receive immediate and miraculous effects.Master DONG Jingchang is the founder of DONG’s extraordinary acupuncture.DONG’s extraordinary acupuncture is based on the TCM acupuncture in LingShu of Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经·灵枢》),and under the guidance of the theory of connecting Zheng(正)and Qi(气)and connecting Zang-Fu(脏腑)organs,it can achieve the incredible curative effect of stopping pain under the needle.As a supplement to traditional acupuncture,Huangdi internal needle and Dong's extraordinary acupuncture,broaden the scope of traditional acupuncture and improve the theoretical system of acupuncture.Both acupuncture methods focus on the relationship between the part and the whole,focusing on the selection of appoints on the surface sutra and the sutra of the same name.Both acupuncture methods jointly follow the traditional acupuncture treatment principle of balancing yin and yang,the upper and lower are yin and yang,the left and right are Yin and Yang,the internal organs and intestines are Yin and Yang,the inside and outside are Yin and Yang,and the Yin and Yang balance disease heals itself.After studying the theoretical internal relationship between the two acupuncture methods,this paper believes that the combination of the two acupuncture methods has a good effect on the treatment of lumbago caused by lumbar disc herniation,and it is recommended to be especially suitable for the grass-roots promotion.
