吕玉娥教授运用吕氏对法治疗急性湿疹验案

Professor LYU Yu’e’s experience in treating acute eczema with LYU’s drug pair method

急性湿疹是一种过敏性炎症性皮肤病。临床表现为皮肤出现红斑、丘疹、水疱及渗出,患病部位可分布在任意体表,并伴随剧烈瘙痒。急性湿疹严重影响患者的生活质量,现代医学认为湿疹是内外因素共同引起的,内因包括系统性疾病、免疫功能异常、遗传因素等;外因包括致敏原及空气污染物等。目前,西医治疗以抗组胺药、糖皮质激素为主,有不错的疗效,但也有易复发、依赖性、不良反应等弊端。本病若不及时治疗,则易发展为慢性湿疹。本病迁延难愈,容易复发,属于中医学“湿疮”范畴。山西中医药大学附属针灸推拿医院吕玉娥教授认为,该病总属本虚标实,本为正气不足,标为风湿热邪蕴结肌肤。在治疗上,应以祛风、清热、利湿为原则,并兼顾调扶正气。临床上,吕玉娥教授运用“施今墨对药”结合针刺“吕景山对穴”治疗急性湿疹取得了显著疗效。文章通过案例,介绍吕玉娥教授治疗急性湿疹成功经验,以期为临床提供参考。

Acute eczema is an allergic inflammatory skin disease.Its clinical manifestations are erythema,papules,blisters and exudation.It can be distributed on any body surface with severe pruritus.Acute eczema seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Modern medicine believes that eczema is caused by both internal and external factors,including systemic diseases,abnormal immune function,genetic factors,etc..External causes include allergens and air pollutants.At present,Western medicine is mainly treated with antihistamines and glucocorticoids,which has a good curative effect,but it also has some disadvantages such as easy recurrence,dependence,adverse reactions and so on.If the disease is not treated in time,it is easy to develop into chronic eczema.The disease protracted,easy to relapse,belongs to TCM medicine wet sore category.Professor LYU Yu’e from the Acupuncture and Massage Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that the disease always belongs to deficiency and excess,which is the lack of healthy Qi(气).It is marked by the accumulation of rheumatic heat and evil in the skin.The treatment is based on the principle of dispelling wind,clearing heat and promoting dampness,taking into account the regulation of healthy Qi and the combination of acupuncture and medicine.Clinically,Professor LYU Yu’e has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of acute eczema by using SHI Jinmo paired drugs combined with acupuncture LYU Jingshan opposite acupoints.This paper introduces the successful experience of Professor LYU Yu’e in the treatment of acute eczema and provides reference for clinical practice.
