基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗肠易激综合征可视化图谱分析

A visual atlas analysis of treating irritable bowel syndrome in TCM based on CiteSpace

目的:探究国内中医药治疗肠易激综合征的研究现状、热点及前沿,以期为后续科研提供参考。方法:检索中国知网建库至2021年12月20日的核心期刊文献、中国科学引文数据库收录的相关中文文献。采用CiteSpace 5.8.R1对作者、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析,并绘制知识图谱及表格。结果:纳入有效文献878篇。研究显示年发文量呈波动上升趋势;形成16个关键词聚类,将可信度较高的前11个聚类归集为中医治法理论及药物、针灸治疗、临床观察指标、疾病研究领域四大热点主题。结论:中医药治疗肠易激综合征的未来发展趋势是深挖发病机制,探索中药网络药理学及肠道菌群理论,加强高质量临床研究,补充完善疗效指标。

Objective:To explore the research status,hot spots and frontiers of TCM medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)in China,in order to provide a reference for subsequent scientific research.Methods:The relevant literature of CNKI and Chinese Science Citation Database journals was retrieved from the database creation date to December 20,2021.The knowledge map and tables of authors,research institutions and keywords were generated and analyzed by CiteSpace 5.8.R1.Results:A total of 878 valid papers were included.The annual number of articles showed a fluctuating upward trend.A total of 16 keyword clusters were formed,and the first 11 clusters with high reliability were classified into four hot topics in the field of TCM treatment theory and medicine,acupuncture treatment,clinical observation indicators and disease research.Conclusion:The future way for the research on the treatment of IBS in TCM is to continue to study the pathogenesis,strengthen TCM network pharmacology and intestinal flora theory research,and carry out high-quality clinical studies to highlight the efficacy of TCM,meanwhile,supplement and improve efficacy indicators.
