李廷荃教授运用膏方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎验案举隅

Professor LI Tingquan’s clinical experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with medicinal extract

慢性萎缩性胃炎是一种较为严重的慢性消化系统疾病,是指胃黏膜表面反复受到损害导致黏膜固有腺体萎缩甚至消失,黏膜基层增厚的病变。患者经常感到上腹部隐痛、胀满、烧心、食欲不振等。慢性萎缩性胃炎是一种多致病因素导致的疾病,也是癌前病变的先兆。山西中医药大学附属医院李廷荃教授从事中医临床、教学与科研工作近30年,尤其对消化系统疾病、肿瘤等有丰富的临床经验和独到的见解。膏方又称膏滋,以补虚为主,扶正祛邪,营养脏腑,祛病纠偏,调理体质,抗衰延寿。李教授常用膏方药物有补虚药、辨证用药、胶类药以及糖类药。文章通过案例分享李教授运用膏方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎注重扶正固本,调畅气机,脾肾同治,气血阴阳兼顾,寒热平调的经验,以期为临床提供参考。

Chronic atrophic gastritis is a relatively serious chronic digestive system disease,refers to the repeated damage of the gastric mucosal surface leading to atrophy or even disappearance of the mucosal intrisic glands and thickening lesions of mucosal base.The patients often feel abdominal pain,fullness,heartburn,poor appetite,etc..Chronic atrophic gastritis is a disease caused by multiple pathogenic factors,and is also a precursor of precancerous lesions.Professor LI Tingquan has been engaged in TCM clinical practice,teaching and scientific research for nearly 30 years,and has rich clinical experience and unique insights,especially in digestive system diseases and tumors.Medicinal extract,also known as ointment,mainly to replenish deficiency,help correct and dispel evil,nourish internal organs,dispel disease and correct deviations,regulate physical fitness,resist aging and prolong life.Professor Li’s commonly used medicinal extract include deficiency medicine,differentiation medicine,gum medicine and sugar medicine.In this article,Professor LI Tingquan’s experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis pay attention to supporting the right and consolidating the foundation,regulating the Qi(气)machine,treating the spleen and kidneys together,taking into account the Yin and Yang of Qi and blood,and adjusting cold and heat.He treat the disease with medicinal extract is shared through an empirical case analysis,in order to provide clinical reference.
