摘要
以三羟甲基丙烷、2,2-双(羟甲基)丙酸、甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、三乙醇胺作为原料合成了三种可UV固化的超支化聚合物,分别命名为UVHBP33、UVHBP42、UVHBP51,并对80%~90%固含量的UVHBP的粘度及水溶性进行了表征,粘度范围为4592~9973 cps^(−1),室温和加热下具有较为良好的水溶性,可以保证涂料施工性。后续以三种UVHBP作为成膜物质,在马口铁板上进行UV固化,并对固化膜进行了性能表征。结果表明随着交联密度的提升,UVHBP51经UV固化后具有最优的涂层使用性能,硬度H级、涂层附着力5B级。热重实验表明UVHBP51优于UVHBP33和UVHBP42。
Three kinds of UV-curable hyperbranched polymers were synthesized from trimethylol propane,2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid,methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride,glycyl methacrylate and triethanolamine,which named as UVHBP33,UVHBP42 and UVHBP51,respectively.The viscosity and water solubility of UVHBP ranged from 80%to 90%solid content were characterized.The extent of viscosity was 4592 to 9973 cps^(−1).The good water solubility at room and heating temperature,which could ensure the application process of coatings.Subsequently,three kinds of UVHBP were used as film formers for UV curing on tinplate,and the properties of the cured films were characterized.The results showed that with the increase of crosslinking density,UVHBP51 owned the best coating performance after UV curing,hardness level H,coating adhesion level 5B.Thermogravimetric experiments showed that UVHBP51 was superior to UVHBP33 and UVHBP42.
