摘要 为掌握某型战机电源系统中典型功率器件对机载产品运行可靠性的影响程度,针对目前机载维修中功率器件失效导致的故障占比越来越高的现状,基于对接触器实际工作环境的分析,选取能表征接触器性能退化过程的特征参数,搭建了特征参数采集软硬件平台,并为2种型号的接触器分别制定了自动测试方案,实现对特征参数数据的实时采集。在此基础上,开展接触器三维建模和有限元仿真,最后构建了接触器的退化模型,即接触器超程时间和接触器寿命的数学模型,为后续新机中含类似器件的机载产品测试和修理提供了技术支撑。 In order to master the influence of typical power devices in the power supply system of a certain fighter on the operation reliability of airborne products,aiming at the current situation that the failure of power devices accounts for an increasing proportion of faults in airborne maintenance,based on the analysis of the actual working environment of the contactor,the characteristic parameters that can characterize the performance degradation process of the contactor are selected,and the software and hardware platform for characteristic pa-rameter acquisition is built,the automatic test schemes for the two types of contactors are formulated to realize the real-time acquisition of characteristic parameter data.On this basis,the three-dimensional modeling and finite element simulation of contactors are carried out.Finally,the degradation model of contactors,namely the mathematical model of contactor overtravel time and contactor life,is constructed,which provides technical support for the testing and repair of airborne products containing similar devices in subsequent new machines.
