普通综合大学突发性公共卫生事件应对教育的现状与对策

Research on the status and countermeasures of public health emergency education in general comprehensive universities

目的了解普通综合大学突发性公共卫生事件应对教育现状及影响因素,为高校开展突发性公共卫生事件应对教育提供参考。方法采用分层整群抽样法,抽取延安大学300名大三学生进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 26.0统计软件进行数据处理和分析。结果调查的300名学生中,想学习突发性公共卫生事件相关知识的占91.33%,但仅有48.00%的学生接受过突发性公共卫生事件应对教育,93.67%的学生通过网络途径获得相关知识,82.00%的学生认为学校突发性公共卫生事件应对教育存在的问题是开展方式不够有吸引力,学生对相关知识的正确回答率普遍偏低。对大学生突发性公共卫生事件应对知识得分进行单因素分析和二分类Logistic回归分析,结果显示医学专业、接受过突发性公共卫生事件应对教育、想学习相关知识、农村户口类型的学生得分较高。结论大学生对突发性公共卫生事件相关知识的知晓程度偏低,但学习需求强烈,高校应普及突发性公共卫生事件应对教育,创新教育方式,满足大学生的教育需求。

Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of public health emergency education in general comprehensive universities,and provide reference for universities to carry out public health emergency education.Methods The hierarchical cluster sampling method was used to select 300 junior students in Yan′an university for questionnaire survey,and the statistical software SPSS26.0 was used for data processing and analysis.Results Among the 300 students surveyed,only 48.00%students had received public health emergency response education,91.33%students wanted to learn the knowledge of public health emergencies.The correct answer rate of students about the knowledge of public health emergencies was generally low.93.67%students obtain relevant knowledge from the Internet,and the way of schools carry out public health emergency education was not attractive enough which the main problem that students think was.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted on the scores of college students with different characteristics of public health emergency response knowledge,and the results showed that students majoring in medicine,receiving public health emergency response education,intending to learn relevant knowledge,and rural household register scored higher.Conclusion College students′awareness of public health emergencies is low,but the demand for learning related knowledge is strong.Colleges and universities should comprehensively carry out public health emergency education for college students,innovate education methods,and meet the educational needs of college students.
