摘要
基于藜麦高质量基因组数据,鉴定了18个CqDODA基因家族成员,并对其进行了系统分析。结果表明:大多数CqDODA蛋白理化性质差异较小;根据CqDODA基因的亲缘关系可分为三支,分支1中的8个CqDODA基因在甜菜素合成中具有重要的作用;分支1的CqDODA基因结构差异较小,并且蛋白高度保守;CqDODA基因在逆境胁迫或者激素处理下可能存在响应。本研究结果可为深入研究CqDODA基因在藜麦甜菜素合成中的作用提供理论依据。
In this study,18 CqDODA gene family members are identified and systematically analyzed by bioinformatics method based on high quality genome data of quinoa(Chenopodium quinoa Willd.).The analyzed results show that all CqDODA genes can be divided into three branches according to the phylogenetic relationship and most CqDODA proteins have small differences in their physicochemical properties,more than that,eight CqDODA genes in branch 1,with small structural differences,have significant roles in betaine synthesis and highly conserved protein composition.Our study also show that CqDODA gene may respond to stress or hormone treatment.The results can provide a reference for a further study of the role of CqDODA genes in the synthesis of betalains in quinoa.
