2096例人蠕形螨病患者临床特征分析

Analysis of clinical features of 2096 cases of demodex mites

目的分析人蠕形螨病患者的年龄、性别分布规律,探讨其发病原因。方法收集2018年6月至2020年6月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第940医院皮肤科门诊人蠕形螨病患者2096例,记录其性别、年龄及发病情况并进行统计学分析。结果2096例患者中女1457例(69.51%),男639例(30.49%)。人蠕形螨病好发于20~25岁,共376例(17.94%),其中女239例(11.40%),男137例(6.54%)。在45~50岁时出现第2个峰值,共238例(11.35%),其中女184例(8.78%),男54例(2.58%)。结论人蠕形螨病发病可能与多种因素相关,如皮脂腺分泌的水平、不适当的护肤、围绝经期性复杂的生理变化等。

Objective To investigate the age and gender distribution of demodex hominis,and to speculate the possible causes.Methods A total of 2096 cases of demodex outpatients from June 2018 to June 2020 were collected from the Department of Dermatology,The 940th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force of Chinese People’s Liberation Army.Their gender,age and incidence were recorded and analyzed statistically.Results A total of 2096 patients were included,including 1457(69.51%)females and 639(30.49%)males.Demodex was most common in 376(17.94%)patients aged between 20 and 25 years old,including 239(11.40%)females and 137(6.54%)males.The second peak occurred between 45 and 50 years old,with 54(2.58%)males and 184(8.78%)females.Conclusion Demodex occurs most frequently at the age of 20-25,and the total number of females is higher than that of males.The incidence of demodex may be related to the secretion level of sebaceous glands,inappropriate skin care,and complex physiological changes during perimenopause.
