赖氨酸甲基转移酶在乳腺癌中的作用和机制研究进展

摘要 赖氨酸甲基转移酶2C(KMT2C)是一种表观遗传修饰基因,参与组蛋白甲基化修饰,影响基因表达的转录共激活。KMT2C在多种肿瘤组织中表达,是人类癌症中最常见的突变基因之一。已有研究表明,KMT2C基因作为一个肿瘤抑制基因,其表达水平与浸润性乳腺癌患者的预后密切相关,对于其作用和机制进行研究将有助于开发KMT2C成为乳腺癌预后的新兴生物标志物及治疗的潜在靶点。 Lysine methyltransferase 2C(KMT2C),an epigenetic modification gene,participates in histone methylation and affects the transcriptional co-activation of gene expression.KMT2C is expressed in various tumor tissues,and it is one of the most common mutant genes in human cancers.Previous studies have shown that as a tumor suppressor gene,the expression level of KMT2C gene is closely related to the prognosis of patients with invasive breast cancer.The study of its role and mechanism will help to develop KMT2C as a new biomarker of breast cancer prognosis and a potential target for treatment.
