快速康复外科理念结合临床护理路径模式在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果

Effectiveness of the Fast Track Surgery-Clinical Nursing Pathway Model in Pregnant Women Undergoing Cesarean Section

目的探讨快速康复外科理念(FTS)与临床护理路径(CNP)结合(FTS-CNP)模式在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2022年2月至2023年2月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的接受剖宫产的产妇88例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各44例。给予对照组常规护理,给予试验组FTS-CNP模式护理。对比两组术后健康指标、疼痛程度、相关指标以及母乳喂养率、护理满意度。结果试验组术后生理健康和心理健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后24、48、72 h疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组术后排气时间、下床活动时间、泌乳始动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组母乳喂养率和护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论FTS-CNP模式应用于剖宫产产妇的护理中,可为产妇提供优质高效服务,减轻术后疼痛,加快术后恢复,提高母乳喂养率和护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the combination of fast track surgery concept(FTS)and clinical nursing pathway(CNP)(FTS-CNP)model in pregnant women undergoing cesarean section.Methods Eighty-eight cases of pregnant women undergoing cesarean section admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and test group,with 44 cases in each group.Conventional care was given to the control group,and FTS-CNP model care was given to the test group.Postoperative health indicators,pain level,related indicators,breastfeeding rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Postoperative physical health and mental health scores were higher in the test group than in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores at 24,48 and 72 hours postoperatively were lower in the test group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in surgical time between the two groups(P>0.05).In the test group,postoperative time to exhaustion,time to get out of bed,time to lactation initiation and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Breastfeeding rates and nursing satisfaction scores were higher in the test group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The FTS-CNP model used in the care of pregnant women who deliver by cesarean section can provide quality and efficient services,reduce postoperative pain,accelerate postoperative recovery,improve breastfeeding rates and satisfaction with care.
