对腔镜下甲状腺癌切除患者围手术期的快速康复护理进行综述,包括术前积极有效的健康教育、饮食的管理、体位训练,术中体位的摆放、低体温的预防、限制性输液,术后多模式镇痛、早期进食与活动、功能锻炼等,旨在优化腔镜下甲状腺癌切除患者围手术期护理流程,提高患者术后生理、心理康复速度,缩短住院时间。

To summarize the perioperative rapid recovery care for patients with endoscopic thyroidectomy.Including the active and effective preoperative healthcare education,diet management,position training,intraoperative body position placement,prevention of hypothermia,restriction of liquid during surgery,postoperative multimodal analgesia,early eating and mobilization,and functional exercise.In order to optimize the perioperative nursing process of endoscopic thyroidectomy patients,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,and shorten the average hospital stay.
