纳米铜对红三叶种子发芽的影响研究

摘要 纳米铜是新兴的杀菌剂和杀虫剂的主要成分,在农药应用方面具有很大的发展潜力。为了探究纳米铜是否对红三叶具有毒害作用,本文选用了两个品种为供试材料,设置0、20、50、100mg/L共4个施纳米铜处理,测定了不同天数各处理下红三叶种子的发芽情况、生长指标及多糖和异黄酮含量。结果表明,纳米铜对两种红三叶的根长均具有显著的抑制作用,但对种子活力和幼苗地上部生长无显著影响。其中,纳米铜对海发的种子活力和幼苗地上部生长表现出一定的促进作用,且能一定程度上提高异黄酮含量。本文结果将对红三叶种植过程中纳米铜的使用提供理论指导。 Nanometer copper is the main component of emerging bactericide and pesticides,and has great development potential in pesticide application.In order to explore whether the addition of nano copper in pesticides has toxic effects on red clover,two varieties were selected as test materials,and nano copper treatments were applied at the concentration of 0,20,50 and 100 mg/L,respectively.The germination,growth indexes,polysaccharide and isoflavone contents of Trifolium repens seeds were determined under different treatments on different days.The results showed that nano copper significantly inhibited the root growth of the two kinds of red clover,but had no significant effect on seed vigor and shoot growth of seedlings.Among them,nano copper can promote seed vigor and shoot growth of Haifa,and increase isoflavone content to a certain extent.The results of this paper will provide theoretical guidance for the use of nano copper in the planting process of red clover.
