甘肃中西部地区小麦秸秆纤维水平比较

摘要 本试验旨在研究甘肃不同地区小麦秸秆纤维水平的差异。按不同地区分为5组。采用范氏(Van Soest)法测定小麦秸秆中的NDF与ADF。结果表明,凉州、民乐、古浪三个县的NDF含量显著高于甘州和山丹两县(P<0.05),甘州高于山丹(P<0.05);古浪县小麦秸秆中的ADF含量显著高于凉州、民乐、甘州、山丹四个县的(P<0.05),凉州、民乐县的ADF含量又显著高于甘州、山丹这两县(P<0.05),同时甘州县小麦的ADF含量显著高于山丹县(P<0.05)。这为今后不同地区小麦秸秆饲用采购提供一定的理论依据。 Summary:This study aimed to study the differences in wheat straw fiber levels in different regions of Gansu.It is divided into 5 groups according to different regions.The Van Soest method was used to determine NDF and ADF in wheat straw.The results showed that the NDF content in Liangzhou,Minle and Gulang counties was significantly higher than that in Ganzhou and Shandan counties(P<0.05),and higher in Ganzhou than in Shandan(P<0.05).The ADF content in wheat straw in Gulang County was significantly higher than that in Liangzhou,Minle,Ganzhou and Shandan counties(P<0.05),and the ADF content in Liangzhou and Minle counties was significantly higher than that in Ganzhou and Shandan counties(P<0.05),while the ADF content of wheat in Ganzhou County was significantly higher than that in Shandan County(P<0.05).This provides a certain theoretical basis for the future procurement of wheat straw feed in different regions.
