1例右侧颈内动脉瘤切除术后吞咽障碍患者的营养支持实践

摘要 本文介绍1例右侧颈内动脉瘤切除术后因吞咽障碍、饮水呛咳,无法进食进水的患者,临床药师协助制定营养支持方案,停用流质饮食,转为半流饮食(粥、烂面条),并关注饮水后,患者的吞咽功能改善,恢复经口进食并安全出院。 This article introduced a patient who was unable to eat and drink due to dysphagia,choking and coughing after resection of a right internal carotid aneurysm.Clinical pharmacists assisted in formulating nutritional support schemes,stopped the liquid diet and switched to semi-liquid diet(porridge,soft noodles).Finally,the patient's swallowing function was significantly improved,oral feeding was restored,and she was discharged safely.
