摘要
目的:了解毒性中药超剂量使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考,保证患者用药安全。方法:根据处方点评中发现的问题,通过医院信息系统对本院2021年毒性中药使用剂量、疗程、联合用药情况进行统计分析。结果:临床使用毒性中药存在超剂量问题,超剂量处方占31.4%;很多科室用药疗程过长,其中肿瘤内科超疗程处方占比最大;处方中还存在联用毒性中药时超量等问题。结论:通过加强医院规范管理、完善信息化功能,促进毒性中药安全合理使用。
Objective:To investigate the irrational use of toxic traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in our hospital,provide reference for rational drug use in clinical practice and ensure the safety of medication for patients.Methods:According to the problems found in TCM prescription reviews,the overdose and super treatment and unreasonable combination of toxic TCM in 2021 was statistically analyzed through the hospital information system.Results:The overdose use of toxic TCM accounted for 31.4%;many departments had long course of treatment,oncology accounted for the largest proportion;unreasonable combination appeared in the prescriptions.Conclusion:It is necessary to enhance the awareness of safe drug use of clinicians,improve the professional quality of prescription-checking pharmacists and perfect the information system,so as to promote the safe and standardized use of toxic TCM.
