面向高质量发展的创新节奏与创新绩效——数字化转型与环境动态性的作用 被引量:3

Innovation Rhythm and Innovation Performance Oriented to High Quality Development—Roles of Digital Transformation and Environmental Dynamics

摘要 在数字化引领制造业企业高质量发展过程中如何适应并调整自身创新节奏,成为企业所面临的关键问题。本文基于组织适应理论,构建了“数字化转型—创新节奏—创新绩效”的关系模型,并以环境动态性为调节变量,基于2008—2019年中国沪深A股制造业上市公司面板数据开展实证分析。结果表明:数字化转型与企业不连贯、不规律的创新节奏之间呈正相关关系;创新节奏对创新绩效具有倒U形的影响;创新节奏在数字化转型与创新绩效之间发挥了部分中介作用;环境动态性削弱了数字化转型对创新节奏的正向影响以及创新节奏与创新绩效之间的倒U形关系。研究结论将企业数字化转型实践、动态创新轨迹与创新绩效联系起来,拓展了数字化转型与创新节奏领域的研究,为企业在数字化转型过程中的高质量创新实践提供理论指导。 It has become a key issue faced by enterprises to adapt and adjust the pace of innovation in the process of high-quality development led by digital manufacturing enterprises.Based on the organizational adaptation theory,it constructed the relationship model of“digital transformation,innovation rhythm and innovation performance”,and took environmental dynamism as the moderating variable to conduct an empirical analysis based on the panel data of China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2008 to 2019.The result shows that there is a positive correlation between digital transformation and the incoherent and irregular innovation pace of enterprises.Innovation rhythm has an inverted U-shaped effect on innovation performance.Innovation rhythm plays a partial mediating role between digital transformation and innovation performance.Environmental dynamics weakenes the positive impact of digital transformation on innovation tempo and the inverted U-shaped relationship between innovation rhythm and innovation performance.The research conclusions connect enterprise digital practice,dynamic innovation track and innovation performance,expand the research fields of digital transformation and innovation pace,and provide theoretical guidance for enterprises’innovation practice in the process of digital transformation.
