摘要
目的:探讨经外周静脉持续输注生理盐水、酸性药物、高渗性药物、强酸性与高渗性混合溶液的C反应蛋白(CRP)表达以及兔耳缘静脉病理组织形态的变化。方法:将72只大白兔分为生理盐水组、胺碘酮(pH 2.5~4.0)组、乐凡命(渗透压810 mOsm/L)组、TNA (卡文+丙氨酰谷氨酰胺+门冬氨酸钾,pH 5.17,渗透压800 mOsm/L)组各18只,4组在相同时间输入不同药物,比较4组不同时间CRP变化以及不同时间、不同组别及不同部位病理组织损害严重程度。结果:4组不同时间CRP比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。留置针尖端处病理组织损害严重程度与其他部位比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胺碘酮组、乐凡命组病理组织损伤严重程度与生理盐水组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组药液输注5 h与3 h比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胺碘酮以及连续输注5 h造成的兔耳静脉损伤程度最严重。
Objective:To investigate CRP expression after continuous infusion of normal saline,acid drugs,hypertonic drugs,strong acid and hypertonic mixed solution in peripheral vein and the changes of pathological morphology of rabbit ear limbic vein.Methods:72 white rabbits were divided into normal saline group,amiodarone(pH 2.5~4.0)group,Levanamine(osmotic pressure 810 mOsm/L)group and TNA(Cavin+alanyl glutamine+potassium aspartate,pH 5.17,osmotic pressure 800 mOsm/L)group,there were 18 rabbits in each group.The 4 groups received different drugs at the same time.The change trend of CRP at different time and the severity of pathological tissue damage at different time,different groups and different sites were compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences in CRP in 4 groups at different time(P<0.05).The severity of pathological tissue damage at the tip of indwelling needle was significantly different from those at other sites(P<0.05).The severity of pathological tissue damage in amiodarone group and Lefanmin group was significantly different from that in normal saline group(P<0.05).The difference between 5 h and 3 h infusion was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone and continuous infusion for 5 h caused the most serious injury degree of rabbit ear vein.
