摘要
口腔是一个复杂的多微生物环境,种类繁多的微生物形成口腔菌群,并与其所在的口腔环境共同组成了口腔微生态系统。口腔菌群可受到性别、年龄、种族和生活习惯等多种因素影响,在维持口腔和全身健康、疾病发生及发展过程中发挥重要作用。高通量测序技术和生物信息技术的发展,为研究口腔菌群奠定基础,口腔菌群的结构与功能、人类健康与疾病的关系日益明确。本文就口腔菌群与其所致的口腔疾病、全身系统性疾病的研究进展进行综述,并对今后的研究方向进行展望。
Oral cavity is a complex multi-microbial environment.A wide variety of microorganisms form oral flora,which constitutes the oral microecosystem together with the oral environment.Oral flora can be affected by many factors,such as gender,age,race,and living habits,etc.,and plays an important role in maintaining oral and general health,and the occurrence and development of diseases.The development of high-throughput sequencing technology and bio-information technology has laid a foundation for the comprehensive study of oral flora.Accordingly,the structure and function of oral flora and its relationship with human health and disease are increasingly clear.This article reviews the research progress of oral flora,its association with oral diseases and systemic diseases,and looks forward to the future research direction.
