基于思维导图的健康宣教在胸腔镜肺结节切除术患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨基于思维导图的健康宣教在胸腔镜肺结节切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年3月至2022年6月安徽省明光市人民医院收治的80例胸腔镜肺结节切除术患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组予以基于思维导图的健康宣教。观察两组自我效能、主动咳嗽能力、肺功能水平及术后康复进程。结果术后1个月,两组一般自我效能感量表评分及用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量比值均高于入院时,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1 d,观察组主动咳嗽能力分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于思维导图的健康宣教可改善胸腔镜肺结节切除术患者自我效能、主动咳嗽能力及肺功能,并可缩短其康复进程。 Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on mind map in patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection.Methods A total of 80 patients with thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection admitted to Mingguang People’s Hospital of Anhui Province from March 2020 to June 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given health education based on mind map.The self-efficacy,active cough ability,lung function,and postoperative rehabilitation process were observed in the two groups.Results One month after operation,the general self-efficacy scale score and levels of forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second,and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity ratio in the two groups were higher than those on admission,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One day after operation,the classification of active cough ability in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first anal exhaust time,the first defecation time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on mind map can improve the self-efficacy,active cough ability and lung function of patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule resection,and can shorten their rehabilitation process.
