电刺激生物反馈治疗对产后早期盆底功能康复的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨电刺激生物反馈治疗对产后早期盆底功能康复的临床价值与意义。方法选择2020年1月至2021年1月合肥市第三人民医院妇科收治的轻度盆底功能障碍患者48例为研究对象。根据简单随机化分组原则将其分为对照组与观察组,每组24例。对照组提供常规康复治疗(Kegel训练法),观察组在此基础上联合电刺激生物反馈治疗。比较两组治疗前后盆底肌力等级、盆底障碍影响简易问卷7(PFIQ-7)评分、尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)评分。结果治疗后,两组盆底肌力等级优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组PFIQ-7评分低于治疗前、I-QOL评分高于治疗前,且观察组PFIQ-7评分低于对照组、I-QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论电刺激生物反馈治疗对产后盆底功能障碍患者早期效果较好,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the clinical value and significance of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy on pelvic floor functional rehabilitation in early postpartum period.Methods Forty-eight patients with mild pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to the Department of Gynecology of the Third People’s Hospital of Hefei from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to the principle of simple randomization,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was provided with conventional rehabilitation therapy(Kegel training method),and the observation group was treated with electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy on this basis.The the grade of pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor impact questionnaire-7(PFIQ-7)score,and incontinence quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)score were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the grade of pelvic floor muscle strength in two groups was better than that before treatment,and observation group was better than control group(P<0.01).After treatment,PFIQ-7 scores between two groups were lower than those before treatment,I-QOL scores between two groups were higher than those before treatment,and PFIQ-7 score in observation group was lower than that in control group,I-QOL score was higher than that in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy has good early effect on postpartum patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and has high clinical application value.
