基于BOPPPS模式的公众急救技能培训设计与探讨

摘要 目的在当前全球灾难性公众卫生突发事件频发的背景下,每一个公众都可能成为“第一目击者”,面对公众卫生突发事件,公众是受害者,也可以是施救者!然而,当前我国公众自救互救知识知晓率较低,应对突发公众卫生突发事件的能力普遍不足,缺乏应对的措施和技能。近年来的培训发现,现场培训是有效提高公众自我救治能力的最有效方式!但国内相关培训机构短缺、培训人员水平高低不齐、教学方法老套,导致本就少有人报名的培训活动教学质量低下、培训效果差。方法为提高公众急救培训的教学效果,笔者开展基于BOPPPS教学模式的急救课程设计并应用于急救技能培训,建议设置复训模式,以提高学员参与度,提升师生互动度。结果学员有意愿主动学习急救知识,确保公众能正确、及时、有效地进行现场急救。结论增强了公众对急救参与的积极性和能动性,保证院前急救质量,降低致死致残率。 Objective In the context of the frequent occurrence of catastrophic public health emergencies in the world,every member of the public may become the"first witness".In the face of public health emergencies,the public can be both the victim and the rescuer.However,at present,the awareness rate of the public's self-rescue and mutual rescue knowledge in China is low,and the ability to respond to public health emergencies is generally insufficient,lacking response measures and skills.The practice in recent years has found that on-site training is the most effective way to effectively improve the public's ability to self-rescue.However,due to the shortage of relevant training institutions,uneven level of trainers and outdated teaching methods in China,the teaching quality of the training activities for which few people have signed up is low and the training effect is poor.Methods In order to improve the teaching effect of public first aid training,the authors have carried out the first aid course design based on the BOPPPS teaching mode and successfully applied it to the first aid skills training.BOPPPS teaching mode includes the following steps:Bridgein,Learning Objectives,Pre-assessment,Participatory Learning,Post-assessment,and Summary.It is suggested to set up a recurrent training mode to improve the participation of students,enhance the interaction between teachers and students.Results BOPPPS teaching mode make students willing to take the initiative to learn first aid knowledge,ensure that the public can correctly,timely and effectively carry out on-site first aid.Conclusion The BOPPPS teaching model can help to enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of the public to participate in first aid,to ensure the quality of pre-hospital first aid,and reduce the mortality and disability rates.
