随着近年来建筑工程行业的快速发展,全过程工程咨询在现如今的咨询企业中起到了中流砥柱的作用,其通过在建设工程的各个阶段探讨建设项目全过程咨询服务体系,通过有效了解市场行情,控制实际预算便可以较为轻松地获得比较良好的控制效果。文章对全过程工程咨询下企业所面临的新形势、发展机会以及与传统工程咨询服务之间的区别进行了分析,并对设计院在转型全过程工程咨询的问题进行分析,提出相应发展道路以及措施。

With the rapid development of the construction engineering industry in recent years,whole-process engineering consulting has played a mainstay role in today's consulting enterprises.By discussing the whole-process consulting service system of the construction project at each stage of the construction project,effectively understanding the market situation and controlling the actual budget,it can easily obtain relatively good control effect.This paper first analyzes the new situation,development opportunities and differences between enterprises and traditional engineering consulting services under the whole process of engineering consulting,and analyzes the problems of engineering consulting in the whole process of transformation of design institutes,and puts forward the corresponding development path and measures.
