公共建筑工程造价多层级指标体系构建研究

Construction of Multilevel Indicator System for Public Building Engineering Cost

造价指标是工程造价管理工作中一个重要研究方向。文章以广东省广州市某学校工程为例,初步建立了公共建筑工程造价指标体系,并对学校工程实际造价数据进行梳理,将造价指标分为总造价指标、单位工程造价指标、分部工程造价指标和分项工程造价指标四层级工程造价指标体系,在此基础上对每一层级的工程费用、计量指标数量、单位工程费进行分析,从而为公共建筑工程造价管理提供有效的参考依据。

Cost indicators are an important research direction in engineering cost management.Based on the case analysis of a school project in Guangzhou,Guangdong Province,the paper establishes a preliminary cost indicator system for public building projects,and sorts out the actual cost data of the school project.The cost indicators are divided into four levels of the engineering cost indicator system:total cost indicator,unit project cost indicator,branch project cost indicator,and sub-project cost indicator.Based on this,it analyzes the engineering costs,quantity of measurement indicators,and unit engineering costs at each level,so as to provide an effective reference for cost management of public building projects.
